First let me introduce myself,  my name is Eric Rayleonard and my goal in life is to make your experience at FatCow the best it can possibly be.

This blog is designed to keep you both entertained and informed with the happenings here on the ranch.  Posts will included details about upcoming product launches, improvements to our service as well as anything that I feel obliged to share.

I  welcome and encourage comments as long as they’re on topic and profanity free, of course.  I also strongly encourage suggestions and will read each one if they’re sent to eric@fatcow-inc.com.

   Greetings Eric,

   Wow! A real person, with a real name, a real picture, and even a real contact address!! And what more, a real chance that somebody ‘real’ will read and respond if I take the time to write, and not just chew cud out in the back 40!

   I’ve just mooooved over a client with the firm belief that FatCow would be a whole new - fun but professional - experience. We’ve run into a few reverse ‘Texas gates’, as our support console will attest, but we have hight hopes for nothing but green pastures ahead.

   Welcome aboard! Yep, we have real people working here at FatCow and I’m just one of many. Support should always be your first line of contact regarding technical issues with your site as I know just enough to get into trouble. Thanks again for the business.
